Delicious vegetarian food! Amazing Vegan food! Debbie you are an incredible cook, thank you for sharing your precious vegetarian recipes with us. Your attention to detail is much appreciated, everything from the comfortable and stylish rooms to the delicious vegan cocktails, it is all done with love and care. One of many wonderful memories we will take away is sitting in your beautiful garden before dinner sipping on a grasshopper cocktail, (vegan for me, veggie for sandy!) munching on your tasty marinated olives, looking at that stunning view and listening to the sound of crickets (or grasshoppers?) and the birds singing. Thank you both also for giving us so much help in trying to squeeze the best of everything in in 5 days! We will definitely return, again and again.

What a treat to find such a fab restaurant. The garden is wonderful and perfect for a pre-dinner drink and a wander. The food was delicious; not boring 'veggie lasagne', but creative and tasty dishes, beautifully presented. We had a really lovely vegetarian easter break. We wanted to get away somewhere not to far away from home and we weren't expecting to have such great weather and we certainly weren't expecting to have such a marvelous time! The vegetarian food is just divine (I put on 1lb for every day!) proving that vegetarian food isn't always so saintly, I did pig out and have 4 courses every day though! Debbie and Daniel are great hosts and make you feel so at home and relaxed. The gardens were lovely even so early in the year and the animals were so much fun to watch (and feed!) We especially loved the sheep Cassis and Framboise! The rooms were really comfy and decorated with lots of taste.
We have just booked another week in August, which says it all really! We really can't fault
La maison du vert and recommend it heartily! Can't wait to go back. Thank you Debbie and Daniel!
