A haven for vegetarians, vegans and lovers of good food in the heart of picturesque Normandy, France. La Maison du Vert is a small vegetarian hotel and restaurant specialising in delicious innovative vegetarian and vegan cuisine from around the world.
We are right in the heart of the beautiful Normandy countryside in the small village of Ticheville. The hotel was built in 1903 using traditional red brick and originally served as the village bakery. It is set in 2.5 acres of beautiful organic flower and vegetable gardens.
All our rooms have spectacular views along the unspoilt Touques Valley and village. Lovingly furnished to a high standard, the rooms are cleaned daily for your comfort. The beds are all good quality ensuring a good nights sleep and we always make sure there is always a vase of fresh cut flowers from our garden in the bedrooms. All the toiletries provided in the rooms are Vegetable based and non animal tested.
We serve a delicious breakfast which includes lots of homemade goodies in our restaurant.

La Petite Maison Blanche

La Maison du Vert is a small friendly hotel with just 3 rooms.
Room 1 (pictured opposite) is our family room it has a double bed and a single bed.
There is room for an extra single folding bed or cot if required.
When not booked by a family this room is also used as double room or twin room.
There is also a hand basin in the bedroom.

The Family Room has a lovely big en-suite with bath,
shower, hand basin and toilet.
There are far reaching views of the garden and countryside and looking down you will see our organic vegetable gardens from the large original windows.

Room 3 pictured opposite has a double bed with room for an extra single folding bed or cot if required.
This room has 2 large original windows with different aspects so is very bright. One window looks towards the village with forest behind, the other looks out over the garden.
The ensuite has a shower, wash basin and toilet with views of the garden and the Touques valley. The front windowsills of all our rooms have window boxes filled with colourful flowers.

Room 2 pictured opposite has a double bed with room for an extra single folding bed or cot if required.
It has 1 large original window that looks towards the village with woodland beyond.
Because of the layout of the house Room 2 doesn't have an en-suite but has it's own shower room and toilet opposite the room.
There is a hand basin in the bedroom.
